Project
An app that uses your previous workout records to suggest training plans like an evidence-based trainer, rather than simply recording workouts.
Last updated: Jul 17, 2026
The app has evolved into a personal workout tool that not only records exercises and weights, but also recommends an optimal evidence-based hypertrophy routine using past performance, recovery status, pain, and today's progress. I can still change body parts, exercises, and set counts myself, and the recommended next exercise updates automatically after each change.
There are no earlier public records yet.
