Project

Project 2501 Core

Developing a personal AI Operating System.

PROJECT PHASE2 / 4

PrototypeProduction phase

Last updated: Jul 15, 2026

Current state

As the conversation entry point for a personal AI OS, I have now verified cross-Claude/GPT conversation continuity, streaming output, stop and retry, context handoff, attachment storage, and search in actual use.

About this project

Problem to solve

I want to reduce how much I manually connect tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, and Fable5.

＋View assumptions

Intended outcome

The goal is one step short of full cyberization: retain long-term logs of how I think and make decisions, so that AI can understand and carry forward a certain amount of decision-making even when I am not actively looking at it.

Next milestone

Start dogfooding as soon as the MVP is ready.

Audience

Myself. Creators Log is the outward-facing space, while Project 2501 Core is being built as the personal internal OS running behind it.

Progress

18 records · 7 production days

UpdateJul 15 01:32

Stopped repeating a full verification cycle for every small defect. The new approach is to support the response formats together and perform one final verification afterward.

Production logJul 14, 2026

Moved from conversation storage infrastructure to real connections across AI systems

UpdateJul 14 00:21

Removed real-time memory extraction from the launch requirements and made complete ownership of the raw record the highest priority.

Production logJul 13, 2026

Saved the raw record locally before trying to interpret its meaning

UpdateJul 13 10:17

Changed from centering memory on fine-grained statements to reviewing a bounded range of logs and saving what changed semantically since the previous state.
