A few months ago, I researched external information about a creator whose record I had noted, contacted them, and I received a reply indicating they are still accepting requests. I progressed almost without taking action myself. The mechanism for incorporating external production information has advanced to the testing environment, but continuous collection is not yet operational in production. Since I veered towards discussions on customer acquisition tailored to specific products or introductions, I first adjusted the instructions for the AI to focus on "who currently needs what."
For the first time, I sent a proposal inferred from the production log to a third-party creator. I received a response indicating interest, and through further conversation, I realized that I had been perceiving the current situation slightly earlier than where it actually stands based only on the public log. It has progressed beyond just submitting a proposal; we are now adjusting the current situation and necessary support based on their responses.
We have implemented a system that delivers suggestions inferred from the production log to the creators via email and site notifications, connecting them with a three-choice response and messages as necessary. I verified the entire process using a test account and my own account, and modified the dedicated screen, which contained a lot of internal terminology, into a lighter dialog. For the first time, we limited the distribution to one third-party creator. Additionally, we reviewed the continuous posting restrictions for "Everyone's Real" to allow multiple posts in a short period and reflected this in the production version.

I evaluated the needs inferred by AI for 20 projects and adjusted the judgment rules myself. In the follow-up, narrowed down to 6 cases where I retained candidates that lead to purchases or orders, while suppressing weak expert recommendations. We have shifted our future focus to finding necessary partners and opportunities from the production log, moving to external connections after obtaining personal approvals. Initially, we will verify the matching accuracy for free, then gradually transition to monetization based on established demand, revenue by transaction type, data provision, and automated matching through AI. Additionally, we have completed the safe updating of dependencies, enhanced automatic testing, and organized change history to replicate the production database, effectively resolving major concerns on the foundational level.

@motyさん、 ご確認ありがとうございます！ プロジェクト概要の3項目が保存後に反映されない件、保存処理を追加で修正しました。こちらのPC・iPhone実機では、編集・保存・再読み込み後の反映まで確認できています。 500文字以内であれば、改行・絵文字・URLのような文字列も保存できます。もしまだ失敗する場合は、表示された文言をそのまま教えていただけると助かります🙇♂️ 具体的にご報告いただけて本当に助かりました。ありがとうございます！
はじめまして、こういった開発ログの保存兼デベロッパー同士のつながりを作れるサイトを見たことがなかったので面白いと感じ、試させていただいています。 これは自分の環境依存かもしれないのですが、プロジェクト概要の3つの項目を編集して保存ボタンを押しても反映されませんでした🙇♂️ ともあれ、このようなサービスを実際に形にし運営されていること自体をまずは応援させていただきたいと思います🔥
