Project
An assessment service that helps you organize your situation and draft what to say before telling your employer you plan to resign.
Last updated: Jun 23, 2026
I now show a free career consultation service that passed partnership screening only for the assessment results where it is needed.

Support Yu Kanda (Japanese)When someone wants to leave their company, what they should do will differ from person to person, yet search results are mostly generic advice. I started building this because I wondered whether there would be value in delivering guidance in a semi-tailored way.
Maybe wanting to quit your job is not always a problem best solved by resigning. Maybe you cannot always recognize your own true feelings by yourself. If those feelings could be organized objectively and categorized, perhaps we could acquire leads through lower-cost search keywords and route them to the right services.
I tried to segment incoming leads into the following groups: 1. People who find it hard to tell their employer they want to resign 2. People who may be better served by a resignation agency 3. People who likely need to organize or reassess their career 4. People who may need to consult a specialist organization

Shifted from focusing only on resignation agencies to testing connections with career counseling
Made the referral model more concrete and moved toward testing partnerships with career-counseling services that help people organize their post-resignation work and job-change options, rather than limiting the destination to resignation agencies. The turning point was choosing an available option that connected naturally with the diagnosis result instead of forcing the model toward a merely similar service when the expected offer could not be found.
Changed the monetization question from charging users to referring them to consultation providers
After reviewing the advertising numbers, the working judgment shifted: rather than asking users to purchase a resignation-preparation kit directly, it may be more realistic to connect them with free consultations such as resignation agencies or career counseling according to their diagnosis result. The previous question was whether users were willing to pay; this time, the question has moved to what payer structure can make the model work.
